I grew up in my family’s retail business: Lampus Company was all about ‘Brand Names at Discount Prices’ with great service. As a kid I did carry outs, assembled lawn furniture, marked automotive goods, & swept the floors for starters. After college I sold appliances, furniture, and televisions. Wonder why Standard TV and Appliance used my services for brokering the purchases of their Beaverton and NE Portland locations? I knew the margins, turnover, costs, need for low overhead and found the right properties. Ditto for The Bike Galley and many others.

When we sold our retail business in 1986, I made the transition into commercial real estate, but the retailer in me never left, and never will.
Great Service, extra effort, whatever I can honestly and ethically do gets done.
